9000 Undercoat

9000 Undercoat is an acrylic copolymer-based undercoat with non-added lead and mercury and gives a good build. It provides a sound foundation for 9000 Gloss Finish and Q-Lac Gloss Finish.

**Allow sealer/primer to dry for at least 24 hours before applying 9000 Undercoat
